When placing your order, please note the following information that we must have:

• Delivery routing
• Desired shipping date
All quotations received from H&D Commercial Seating are valid for 30 days unless extended in writing.
A deposit of 50% is required on all custom orders.
H&D Commercial Seating offer one year warranty for every product we sold from the date of shipment.
The following are specifically excluded from the warranty: Products that have been neglected, misused, altered or repaired by any party other than H&D Commercial Seating.
The warranty does not include upholstery materials.
H&D Commercial Seating will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property after the products have been received, inspected and found to be in good condition and meeting the customer requirements.
H&D’s indoor wood and metal product lines are for indoor use only, and the warranty will not cover products exposed to the element such as water, direct sunlight, harsh, acid agent or abrasives.
All chairs and barstools dimensions are approximate and will vary. Standard industry variation is one inch.
Purchaser should advise preferred shipping and routing with each order. H&D Commercial Seating will have option to ship by any method it deems appropriate and will not be responsible for the freight charges, if no instruction is received.
We strongly advise that our customers check for the quantity and any possible damages which may have incurred during the shipping before you sign off the delivery..
All delivery dates are approximate and orders shipped later than scheduled delivery date are free of any penalties.
All orders are subject to delay or failure of delivery due to strike or other labor difficulties, failure or delay of source of supply, transportation difficulties, war, riot, fire, accident, compliance with government regulations, Acts of god, or other causes beyond our control.
All freight charges are billed as collect, unless otherwise specified.
Any orders held by H&D Commercial Seating for more than 30 days will be invoiced and must be paid promptly. After 30 days, a daily storage charge will be assessed.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed without approval from H&D Commercial Seating. Customer is responsible for all costs incurred prior to H&D Commercial Seating receiving cancellation or change.
No return products will be accepted for exchange, credit or repair unless prior written consent is given by H&D Commercial Seating. Return freight charges are to be prepaid. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent to the buyer freight collect. Special orders are not subject to return, all sales are final.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
In order to insure long-term durability, safety, and customer satisfaction it is necessary to perform periodic maintenance. On a regular basis, no more than every 30 days, the end-user needs to inspect the furniture for structural integrity and solid construction. Check all stress points and connections including screws, bolts, welds, brackets, wood joints, etc. Tighten all attachments as needed including seats (wood or cushion) to frames, brackets, and glides.
